The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for the compliance and enforcement of numerous codes and ordinances, including the property-maintenance and land development codes, to preserve the quality and value of public and private property by eliminating conditions that threaten the life, health, safety, and general welfare of residents.

The Code Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that local codes and regulations are followed within the community. This role involves conducting property inspections, investigating complaints, and addressing violations related to zoning, property maintenance, and safety. Our code compliance officer works to educate residents and businesses about compliance requirements and collaborates with them to resolve issues.
